Xiaofei Bai is an Associate Director in Biostatistics at Servier. She received her PhD in statistics from North Carolina State University, and since then worked as a clinical biostatistician in various therapeutic areas including Immunology, Cardio-Metabolism and Oncology (solid tumor and hematology). Her research interests include clinical trial design, adaptive clinical trial, dose finding and causal inference. She currently serves as a co-chair of the Innovative Design Scientific Working Group (IDSWG) KOL lecture series and on the editorial board of Journal of Biopharmaceutical Statistics (JBS) as a Managing Editor.
Dooti Roy works as a Director of Global Biostatistics and Data Sciences at Boehringer Ingelheim Inc, USA. She is a people leader, global product owner and a methodology statistician who enjoys developing innovative clinical research and statistical visualization tools. Over the years, she has created and lead numerous cross-functional collaborations to successfully solve complex problems. Her current research focus is on applications of Bayesian statistics, artificial intelligence and machine learning in drug development. Dooti has an adjunct appointment at University of Connecticut where she created and teaches an unique summer program which introduces students to off-the-books biostatistical topics needed as a clinical trialist. She has a PhD. in Statistics and lives in New York City.
